PC parts compatibility conundrum

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting here so i don't know if this is the right category to post. I've done my research and i think that my build is compatible as is. but im a bit worried though since this is my first build, im afraid ill be buying the wrong parts. so i Just wanna confirm to the experts here if my build is really compatible with each other.

there was a notification though in pcpartpicker that i3-9100f does not have stock cooler but when i asked the store they said it has stock cooler.

and another thing is that my friend told me that i3-9100f tends to overheat so i was a bit worried and told me i should go directly to i5-9400f but im on low budget so i cant move on further i still need to buy the peripherals. so i also want to confirm this

he told you a quad core overheats so you should get a 6 core? doesn't make sense.

Are you buying from the united states? usually the 1650 is more expensive than an RX 570 but performs worse.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

What's your budget? The Ryzen 5 3600 is considerably better than the i5 9400f.

If you can, spend a little more and get at least a 240GB SSD.

Regardless of temperature, you should spend the $20 on a significantly better cooler.

Don't plan now. Wait for Black Friday.
