Sorry for the late reply guys. I really appreciate all of your suggestions. After doing some research, these 2 below are my options (converted the price from PHP to USD):

Crucial MX500 500GB = 92.15 USD

Samsung 860 EVO 500GB = 88.21 USD

I'd go with Samsung, just because it's cheaper.

Also it has also better endurance - 300TBw vs 180TBw

Hi!

I just recently learned about nvme and I’m wondering if it’s compatible with the PC I bought from a friend. I really don’t have knowledge about gaming systems. Here are the specs:

Ryzen 3 1300X

MSI A320M Pro VD/S

Hyper X Fury 2x8 GB DDR4

RX 580 4GB

1TB HDD

If in case it doesn’t support nvme, please let me know the cheapest but good motherboard I can buy. Thanks.

Doesnt have an m.2 slot to begin with.

You dont "need" Nvme tho. Sata is just fine.

I’m from the Philippines. Could you recommend a nice SATA for me?

Best SATA SSDs

I own Samsung and SanDisk. But if you go with Crucial, it's #5 on the list.

I'd rather more trust that list - https://www.ign.com/articles/the-best-ssd-for-gaming
Gaming site but at least they aren't promoting QLC SSD as best option.

Actually for a budget build QLC isn't a bad choice, just have to check the best price/quality.

But prices in the Philippines are probably much different than in EU or USA.

Crucial MX500 and Samsung 860 EVO are both solid choices though.

What's this useful for?

dont think thats the greatest one either since they consider 260$ as affordable for 1 tb drives.........

@GoldenLag Maybe this one then - https://premiumbuilds.com/ssd/best-ssds-for-gaming/  At least I agree in most cases with those options/categories they've selected, more than in previous links.

But prices tend to differ in other regions. So OP should do some research self.

What's this useful for?

he should look for himself indeed.

that site seems more genuine looking at the suggestions. at least more up to date with the current US market.
