I got like a 16gb one on ebay for like 6 usd D:

There is no "cheapest place". Any computer store sells them. It just depends whether they have sales or not.

Depending on how many you need, you could always go to a wholesaler and get a cheap bulk deal.

Depends on what you want and what your definition of cheap is.  If you want a USB drive around 4-32 GB just go to a retail outlet and they'll have them there for pretty cheap.  For a larger around 64-128 GB I would just buy one off Newegg when they have a deal.
