Motherboard feet/slot anchors?

scrumruggin

So I've been parting IN my next pc on a shoe string, as opposed to parting out. so far i have a DIY case and crucial cx PS, a ryzen 2400g i got for $25 and a non working asrock b450 pro4 that seller said doesn't power for $5. got the board and there are a few bent pins but nothing to bad ( not bent over just crooked) however on the underside i notice that there are tiny conical plastic feet but a lot of them are missing like on all the dimm slots exposing a 2 prong metal fork. one of the dimm ones is even bent. i guessing that would contact the case and short the board out? but id expect the standoffs to give enough space. i realize it may well be a brick but is that an avenue i should pursue?

can you test it b4 buying. if so do so. anything you think might make contact and create a short can be isolated with some ruber or dry erasor or almost anything non conductive
