Mavic Pro Drone not taking pictures

I have a Mavic Pro that hasn't been letting me take pictures for a while now and its starting to get in the way of things. I have look all over the place trying to find a solution but have only been able to find one or two others with this problem. It makes the picture sound when I press the button on the screen but doesn't save it. The controller button doesn't even make a noise. I have tried to refresh the firmware but that also didn't work. Any other ideas or possible solutions are much appreciated!
