What is the cheapest motherboard that can OC r5 1600 like 3.9 or 4ghz?I have Cryorig h7 air cooler.Thanks in Advance.

Probably the B450m Pro4. 

 

okay VRM, just give it airflow and keep an eye on the VRM temp

Agree with @GoldenLag with the ASRock B450 Pro4 I pull off an amazing OC on a R7 1700 and the VRM's don't get to toasty at all considering Im running a custom loop with no direct air on the VRM's

But be prepared to mitigate that heat to this those values.  I couldn't pull off the thermals with a 240mm Corsair H100i AIO.  Had to build that loop to run that sustained OC.

the reason i mention one should keep on eye on them is because the sensor is kinda buggy. and it lacks OTP (unless that has changed from early revisions). 

 

once it hits shutdown territory it defaults to 0*C. 

 

 

other than that the VRM is decent enough. i also recommend keeping airflow over it. meaning no AIOs (not that id recommend AIOs to begin with)

Oh agree, Im just impressed overall with the boards ability (and craptastic heat sinks on the VRMs) to mitigate the heat itself. Once I find a tiny enough fan, for aesthetics and because I should, Ill be putting a fan on the VRMs

I my country the price of Msi b450m mortar max and the price of B450m pro4 is quite same.So which one will be better?
