Dogs or cats?

But that's part of the fun!  I haven't had scratch-free hands for ... forever basically.  By the time a scratch heals, I'll have another one somewhere else on my hand.  Most of the time I don't even notice it anymore when I get scratched.  I only notice it afterwards.

It makes it real easy for people to see that I am a cat person.  Likewise, I can often tell by looking at other people's hands too.

Dogs are companions, cats are roommates. Not every dog has a lot of character, most cats have quite a bit. Dogs are notoriously loyal and obedient. There are times I value the pros of each, and that's why I've had both cats and dogs at varying times all through my life. We have a dog and 2 cats right now. Love 'em all.

... let's not forget where that tongue has most likely been shortly before ...

Cats. The post above is one reason why (licking your face all the time), but also having to take a dog out several times day and night to do something a cat accomplishes without any help is another factor. Dogs are very needy as well, too needy IMO. Plus, my parents had a cat in the house before I was born and so I grew up with one. My cat is pretty dang neato as well.

My Current Setup:
