Not sure why such an expensive cooler for a mediocre CPU.  Doesn't take the best air cooler, get a less cooler and more CPU.  It's okay if they run a few degrees hotter.

 

I'd get a bigger boot drive, 500GB or so for a tiny bit more money. Samsung's 860's aren't the best deal going, can save there as well.
