Bios problem

I got an old hp compaq dc7900 ultra-slim from my friend for free. I tried to start it and it said the clock and date was wrong. No problem. But... There is an bios password. I took the battery out, waited, and putted it back. But the password was still there. Help me pls

Unplug the computer from mains... while in mains, bios gets power from 5v/12v standby

Remove battery and wait 5-10s
