Some are as low as $12-20 a year if you buy 2 years in advance.

K but yeah really, PIA or NordVPN are decent enough, however, you have hundreds of options to pick from. Just make sure to not buy any of those "lifetime" deals, and test the VPN before buying if they offer a trial to make sure it works for you.

I had the same debate. Lastly I decided to get NordVPN Teams. We got smth like a family pack between some freelance co-workers, mainly because you can have dedicated IP addresses and a good control panel. Of course, you can always try to just get a regular Nordvpn acc and maybe try smth like pia, or pure. Up to you really and how much you wanna spend on privacy.

I've used Windscribe for over a year now and have had no issues, the desktop VPN gets ~400-500mb/s usually and the chrome extension (which is a proxy that's included gets almost full speed (750-900mb/s). It also allows unlimited devices which is a godsend for people with more than 5 devices.

why no dark mode?
