Speakers issue ,help please.

So guys I have Harman Kardon sticks 2.

Connected to asus hero 7.

when i perform test, both speakers work but only for left channel test.

 

I already tested with headphones, and work fine.

I'm not familiar with those speakers; is it a 2.1 system that the front speakerts connect to the subwoofer?

Then check whether you plugged everything in correctly or not (my guess - you mixed up right channel and subwoofer jacks). Plus you probably need to choose 2.1 setup instead of 2.0 in OS.

Purify your Windows 10/11, don't give Microsoft anything that you don't want to share.

Oh... Okay, my bad... Let's dive into OS settings then. Pardon if something is off in terms of naming, I'm on russian version rn.

Go to Control Panel -> Sound -> 1st tab (probably called Play, dunno) -> *choose current device by pressing right mouse button and "set up speakers"*. If those will show something weird, then double-click on current device -> Levels -> Balance. Both should be on 100.

Okay, try different speakers/headphones then... If they will play both channels w/o a problem, RMA your speakers.
