74" at my Uncle's house. Surround sound in his living room made the experience even better, although it shook the neighbor's house.

There is a class room at my school that has 2 sets of 4 Sharp 80'' TVs linked together to create one image. One on each side of the room. No idea why when a projector would make more sense like every other of the hundreds of classrooms.  No idea on price.
