Dropping Frames While Streaming.

Hi, I use my Laptop for gaming, and video editing. It works very well. The other day I decided I would stream to Twitch using streamlabs for the first time. Unfortunately I was dropping frames. I am suspect that it could have been poor internet speeds as I have had some issues with the internet recently and will be doing a speed test when I get home this weekend. My question is though is my Laptop sufficient enough for streaming? Here are the details below:

I7-7700HQ, GTX1060, 32 GB RAM, Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500 GB, my Laptop monitor is 1920x1080x120 hertz

Any thoughts and opinions are appreciated, Thanks in advance.

Check the CPU usage while gaming and streaming, you'll quickly see if it struggles (most likely does).
