Upgrading/replacing old rig

My current setup :
GPU: 1050 2gb
CPU: i3 6100
RAM: 2x4gb HyperX FURY 2133mhz ddr4
MOBO: GA-H110M-A
PSU: Cheap 500w psu non-branded
COOLER: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

Planning to buy :
GPU: 1660  Pretty much looking for 1080p killer @200-230$
CPU: R5 3600 - Any better alternative for 200USD ?
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 2x8GB PC4 3000Mhz  ( Can i use my old memories? )
MOBO: i have no idea what mobo to get series as most board around this price require bios flash to work with ryzen 3000 series and all i am saw on most forums is people complaining about the instability of those updates (idk much about bios flash and these stuff but i am guessing its a must to run ryzen 3000 series with )- Around ~100USD 
PSU: Corsair CX Series 550 Watt 80 Plus Bronze - Is it gonna be enough to power the build ?
COOLER: GONNA USE THE SAME COOLER

 

I am just a gamer who doesn't know much about PC building.
I do mostly gaming and alot of mostly coding and image editing on my rig, looking for strong 1080p performance in games, I play most AAA titles also into esports games (league of legos, overwatch). 

Looking for 2 monitor setup : main monitor 1920x1080 120 or 144hz and a second monitor : 1440x900 65hz (i already have this one).

All advise and suggestions are appreciated !

@myLyfeizaMeme  For start you could use your old ram, get 600w psu and used RX580 for 80$ and get everything else you linked
