Gpu: 1660

Mother board:Asrock b356 pro4

Assuming you don't need a GPU or any aftermarket cooler. I have some doubt on that motherboard too.

Which country exactly and what's the budget for the whole build ? What do you aim to do with it ?

Why this memory? Like it's an intel cpu, it wouldn't benefit much from the higher frequency dual channel ram and also as soon as you want to go aboce 16gb you'd have to get rid of 4x4gb ram sticks so supposedly it's better to go for single channel 8gb ram

Most people say that dual channel > single channel by a non negligeable margin

The stigma that Ryzen craves dual channel fast memory is true. It's also no exclusive to Ryzen. Check out dual channel comparisons for Intel. It's still substantial.

B365 series is limited. The top supported RAM speed on that board is 2666mhz, and the ability to overclock a CPU will be questionable, though at first glance the VRMs don't look too awful.

Really if you want faster RAM or overclocking, then the MOBO will need to go, and you'd want a Z390. Something like a Gigabyte Z390 UD would do just fine.

Let's start over:

  • What country are you from?
  • What is your total budget in your native currency?
  • Do you need a monitor/mouse/keyboard/speakers/headset?
  • What do you want to do with the PC?
    • What games do you want to play?
    • What resolution/refresh rate is your monitor?
    • What workload software do you use? (if this is for professional use.)

Reality is that the 9400F has been vastly outclassed by the Ryzen 5 3600. Since it performs very well at clock/boost speed, you won't need an overclock, and thus the aftermarket cooler isn't necessary spending.

Unless you need CUDA cores specifically for workload software, there are a number of inexpensive GPUs that are similar or better than the 1660.

I wouldn't grab that PSU.
