RX 5700 XT black screen problems

Hello,
Made a new PC build  2 weeks ago and I'm having issues from time to time when the GPU Saphire RX 5700 XT just stop giving any signal( i get the black screens with no signal message). After system reboot it works fine. Usually happens in games (many times in APEX legends and have happened in CS GO while alt tabbing). Is this a known issue or i should go to warranty service?

 

PC Hardware:
RADEON RX 5700 XT 8G GDDR6
Patriot VIPER RGB DDR4, DDR4, 16 GB,4133MHz
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, 8C/16T, 4.4 GHz, 36 MB, AM4, 65W
EVGA SuperNOVA 750 P2 750W, 80 PLUS Platinum
X570 Aorus Elite Motherboard AM4 4DDR4 HDMI/USB 3.1

 

 i have reinstalled the drivers with DDU.

Also i changed PSU cables (have modular PSU)

I actually had the same issue... It's a driver problem. What version of the drivers are you using? For me the 19.10.1 Optional drivers seem to have the fewest blackscreens of any of the drivers yet. (19.9.1 had the most for me)

Hi i have made a post on reddit about the solution that fixed it for me. I had this problem when tabbing out of R6S,APEX and almost any games i ran full screen. Here is the link
