Currently running a three year old 1060 Razer Blade that's quite literally falling apart and fast. I'm dusting the thing out monthly, the battery is garbage even after being replaced, it's a nightmare, so I'm looking for a solid $2000USD or less laptop to replace it. My priorities in order:

- BUILD QUALITY. Dear lord, I don't want another system that's going to fall apart as badly as this Blade has.

- Performance (obviously). Probably not a big deal in this price range, but still worth putting out there. The occasional AAA title and more frequently VR (I have a first-gen Vive) are my style.

- Non-gaming battery life. 4+hrs is probably ideal. The Blade's never gotten me more than 3, and while that's fine, I'd prefer a little bit more.

Sure that I could find something in another thread, but honestly, I'm feeling a bit too lazy for that right now, so responses would be appreciated, lol.

Out of curiosity, when you buy a new laptop are you going to be selling your old blade?

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)

Wall Of Fame (Informative people/People I like): @Glenwing @DrMacintosh @Schnoz @TempestCatto @LogicalDrm @Dan Castellaneta
