Battlefield 5 poor performance

What is going on in this game play video. The game looks terrible while in the game and the performance is awful. My specs are the i5 8400 and the vega 56 with 16gb of ram. I am running on ultra settings with the ingame cap set to 60fps.

Yes

I am also getting three yellow square in the top right hand corner.

Disable DX12. It's hit or miss and causes micro-stuttering. See how it does.

Just tried that there is still drops below 60. They feel like drops lower than that though

Did it happen just recently, or is this the first time you've run the game on this card?

It's always happened. I just gave up on it and recently came back to see if it was fixed.

You're getting better performance than I am. For whatever reason this game is very CPU intensive. I don't even meet the minimum CPU spec (3rd gen i7) but my RTX 2060 helps. I can run DOOM & Wolfenstein games on high (sometimes ultra) no problem but I suppose the Frostbite engine is very CPU intensive... idk I'm not an expert. I keep my BF5 on "auto: high fidelity" and it runs alright but the latest Operation Underground update is sometimes unplayable. It seems to be a common issue with even those meeting recommended specs having problems.

yeah i went off operation underground and went on to normal conquest game runs at 60fps solid
