Go with the Logitech C920 and a Blue Yeti or a AT 2020 XLR version if you are going to do a XLR setup.

Logitech C920 might be a bit overkill if you are only starting. Usually when you do streaming you're not going to have yourself in full 1080p mode. C270 or C525 would be better starter options.

 

For a microphones, most people will recommend Blue Snowball or Yeti (Yeti being the better one). My own recommendation would be Audio-Technica AT2020. I find it to be the best of its class. Another option is Samson Meteor (I'd rank it somewhere between Snowball and the AT2020).

I used the RODE Podcaster as my microphone but it can take up a lot of space considering it needs a mount. For a desktop friendly solution I would recommend the Blue Snowball and Yeti. The AT2020 would be the same as the RODE Podcaster and I've heard sound comparisons, I'd recommend the AT2020 over the RODE Podcaster if you have the space for it.
