Worlds cheapest computers?

I need a dozen of very very cheap computers(may be mini usb computer sticks)to test on my project. It doesnt have to be powerful. Just 2-4gb of ram and 30 GB storage that runs windows 10 64 bit will do it.

 

 

I only have 1000$ to buy 12 sticks, any recommendation?

This sounds difficult. Possible. There are options out there. Have you thought of VMs? I personally love them way more than trying to pull together computers for a project.

Do they have to be new? If not, that budget will be far more than sufficient for older Dell OptiPlex machines. The 780/755 can be had for free these days, and the 390 is also super cheap.

I'm running malware test , it's impossible to run them inside virtual computers these days. Most of them already have 100% vm detection.

you could try raspberry pi, but installing windows is a pain in the ass to do

Go for Dell Optiplex 755, you can find them for usually 50 bucks a pop on ebay and come with at least a core 2 duo and 4gb of ram and at best 8gb of ram and a core 2 quad.
