I finally built my first gaming computer. It's a Ryzen 3600 with Asus Strix X470-F motherboard, NZXT Kraken X72 AIO, 16GB of HyperX Predator Ram, Asus Strix 2070, EVGA 750 G3 PSU and the case is a Lian Li PC 011 Dynamic with 6 Lian Li Bora Digital case fans.

I'm not too sure what the normal is but as this is my first build, I'm feeling rather paranoid that something maybe wrong. GPU, PSU, Ram, CPU, Motherboard all seem to be working fine. but the problem is with my cooling. So I have 6 Lian Li Bora Digital fans. I also have an NZXT Kraken X72. I replaced the NZXT Kraken included fans for the Lian Li fans. So I followed the instructions and plugged everything in, seems to be working fine. However, the 3 fans not on the radiator and not connected to the included Kraken cpu_fan splitter but connected to a Silverstone PWM fan hub which is then connected to my chassis_fan hub port on my motherboard seem to be running a hell of a lot faster. Because my CPU seems to fluctuate between 44 degrees Celsius and 55 degrees Celsius at idle, my case fans (not my kraken fans) seem to continuously ramp up and down, making me go crazy. Is there anyway to change this so it also spins at the same speed as my fans for the Kraken or just slowly at a constant rpm?

Also is 44 to 65 degrees Celsius idle and it went up to 94 degrees Celsius during Cinebench R20. I immediately just closed it. This is a 360mm radiator AIO. Is this supposed to be this bad at cooling a simple Ryzen 3600?

Another concern I have is with the infinity mirror/rgb on my Kraken pump. I really wanted to do a full white looking rgb build but if I change the colour to the preset white on NZXT Cam software, the parts where the led is, isn't actually white but sort of white-ish orange. It's not subtle orange as well, you can definitely see that the part where the led is, is orangey. This is for both the ring and the NZXT logo. Is this normal, or maybe the latest Kraken update screwed it up (I've updated it to latest firmware)? Or is it worst case, my infinity mirror being faulty?

The orange colour isn't shown all that well in the photo, it looks much more distinct and you can immediately notice it when looking at it in person.

You're not doing a proper installation.

Ryzen should not be over 40c when idle.

Make sure the heatsink in contact with the cpu, screw properly.

So when do I stop screwing it in? I've watched videos that tells you to not screw the cpu cooler in too tight. Do i keep screwing it in until I cant turn the screw anymore?

I've screwed it in until I couldn't turn the screw anymore without applying force. So its decently snug in there. It did drop my CPU temp, my idle temps are now at 36 to 45 degrees Celsius. Now when I run Cinebench R20, with the Kraken X72 my 3600 hits a max temp of 71 degrees Celsius. Is this still a bit high for a 360mm AIO? If so, only other reasons I can think of is that I messed up the pre-applied thermal paste, because attaching this AIO was really problematic and difficult. Or this AIO is faulty.

Ok that's a good temp. No need to worry. 71c is good. Even if it gets to a low 80 is still ok.

Applying too much thermal paste won't be the reason the AIO is under-performing.

If the contact is perfect the rest of the paste will be squashed out anyway.

a good paste aplication look like this :
