Can I manually change fan curves?

I have a HP ENVYx360 with a Ryzen 7 and Vega 10 APU and 8 GB of RAM. When I play games, usually Rocket League, I put my laptop into performance mode in HP Control Center, and monitor the temps using AMD Link. I keep seeing the temps get up to 90 C and I really don't like that, and I know that I can get lower temps since the fan isn't even going full speed (Honestly HP, if the user is putting it into performance mode, do you think they would care about fan noise?). I'm wondering if I can manually change the curve in the program's files some how, since there is nothing in the BIOS.
