Is this laptop stream capable?

So, I've been looking at getting a sort of "mobile workstation" laptop, and I know for a fact that it will work for my amateur video editing software.

But upon further inspection I've started thinking about using it as a 2 pc stream setup and I'm not sure if the CPU/GPU is capable of handling the OBS encoding

The specs are: 

Core i7-9750h

GTX 1660-ti

16GB of ram

Right now I'm doing most streaming at 720p/30fps and I eventually hope to get up to 1080p/30fps. 

I will be using an elgato capture card for the 2 pc setup and it also has an ethernet port

I'd just like to know if it will actually be able to handle the encoding of the stream

Yeah, especially if it's not being gamed on. This will be able to handle a 1080/30 stream easily, assuming your current internet is capable.
