So ive had this problem for a while now actually and i dont know how and why its happened and ive never seen anything like this before. I just woke up to it one day, started out as just a couple pixels then kept growing very slowly over time. I can move it with pressure so its not dead pixels. Is there any way to remove it or would i have to buy a new screen?

The panel on your monitor is going out, not really anything you can do to fix it, best to just buy a new monitor.

That looks like the LCD fluid leaking. If it's an older monitor it can happen. I've even seen the liquid leak out of a Tesla car display (one of the earlier models). Time for a new monitor unfortunately - or fortunately if you needed justification for a new monitor!
