GTX 1650 not detected in BIOS/UEFI

bios detects my RX 460 but when I install the 1650 I can't even get a signal from it or the onboard video
using an Intel DQ77mk with latest BIOS, I5-2400 PSU is a 500 watt Cooler Master

Use DDU to remove the old AMD driver.  Install 1650, boot, install Nvidia driver.
