Hey I just saw a listing with this CPU , and I was wondering , why it's arc ( https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/92986/intel-xeon-processor-e5-2620-v4-20m-cache-2-10-ghz.html ) says that it supports DDR4 when lga2011 support DDR3 , and how DDR4 can be used at 1666 mHz . Also , if you can , can you recommend a motherboard? My sister needs it , who uses adobe premiere and Photoshop for her university. Thanks!

Decide on a budget and then we can see what best fits in that for CPU+mobo. The problem with that CPU is finding a good mobo is very difficult and expensive now. The only cheap ones are unbranded from China.
