Massive frame drops and game crashes

amd 5 2600

rtx 2070

2x 8 gb 3000mhz

 

So I have massive frame drops low fps and game crashes. Did fresh windows 10 installation and now things got even worse.

what game? settings? driver updated? windows updated? what background tasks are running?

is that the ram frequency its running at or what you bought? (did you forget to enable xmp)

 

what cpu frequency is it running at?

Fortnite, league of legends. fortnite on low, league of legends medium. latest geforce driver. latest windows update only fortnite and interent. dont know which frequency ram and cpu are running at

So i put xmp and highest frequency and it started crashing in every 2 min

even if not playing any games

what happens if you disable XMP?

then its normal 

but fps is still low

then enable xmp but then lower the timings slightly.

early generations of zen are known to have memory speed issues. also, xmp is crap
