Are you on Windows 10 Insider Preview? The only mention of this option I can find is this Redit thread. I guess it lets you disable hardware acceleration for the Windows 10 desktop?

yes I am forgot to tell sorry I still wonder my pc seems to go faster in menu and opening of programs with this on.

Can't find any info, but the name suggests it uses the GPU to accelerate things. The descriptions literally says "reduce latency and improve performance", so I guess that's the expected effect? :D

But one thing if you or other got to use the option try do tell if it works out for ya folks.
