no, its first gen 1151, you need a 3xx chipset to use that cpu.

on the CPU box it says it is LGA 1151

It's a socket 1151 motherboard, but it's an old chipset H110 ... the newest processors need new chipsets.

Basically up to i5/i7 7th series - 7xxx  processors. Some of the highest end ones may or may not be supported, it depends on the BIOS on the motherboard.

 

There's a bios update from 2018 which says improved compatibility with Skylake which was 6th series cpus if I remember correctly : https://www.asus.com/Tower-PCs/VivoPC-M32CD/HelpDesk_BIOS/

so that's also supported I guess
