rtx2070 Weird Benchmark result

So im back with more question than answer. I reinstalled windows from scratch,  driver, bios update, chipset  driver and i still got some weird test result. its looks like my gpu and cpu are not always detected. so im asking you guys for help!

So is the issue with Futuremark System Info?  Only seem to be 3dmark that's not reading correctly.

No the issue looks like my system dont seem to be able to know what hardware he as and also look at the fps i have for some game it supposed to be way higher than that

Do you have CPU-Z and GPU-Z?

 

If so can you grab a screenshot with CPU-Zs cpu and memory tab open and GPU-Z open.
