2990wx build Overclocking

Build:

CPU: 2990wx @ 4.1Ghz all core

GPU: 2x RTX 2080 Strix Sli NVlink (vertical mount because i had aorus pro mobo with different spacing... i aint spending 80Eur on a 5Eur part... so just got the pcie extension cables and used a cnc machine)

MOBO: x399 MSI Meg creation

NVMe: 2x 970 Samsung PRO 512Gb Raid 0

RAM: 32Gb (8gb x 4) vengeance 2400MHz, Clocked to 2667

Cooling: Hailea ultra titan hc500 (790watt cooling capacity)

PSU: 1300w seasonic prime 80+gold

UPC:1350W 

 

Use: Sketchup V-ray hybrid rendering (GPU and CPU) 

 

I have some questions about overclocking the cpu above the 4.1Ghz on all cores.

1. I think im going to need to upgrade the ram probably to 3200Mhz cl14... Is there any point to oc it more with a shitty ram?

2. How far can the 2990wx can go with the chilled water? 

3. Is there any good guides for overclocking the 2990wx with voltages?

4. Should the gpus also be watercooled? Thinking of Hard Tubing it in the pc with them exiting at rop of the back and having soft tubing from there.

5. What should be the next upgrade?

I have full isolation tubes already tested just need to put them on and 4.1GHz is on 1.385V
