I have rx580 asus dual oc, was playing tomb raider and noticed some frames dropping.

After monitoring gpu I saw that gpu clock was turning down from 1360 to ~1200 when temp reaches 80c. Temp never raised above 80c.

So I decided to undervolt gpu to stop it from thermal throttling.

Problem:

When I set voltage control to manual in wattman all states are at 1000mv. That doesnt seem right. Because its unstable at that voltage so how can that be default?

So now i'm having trouble finding right voltages when it is not set to auto.

Picture below is what wattman settings look like right after i turn voltage control to manual.

Yeah, 1V (1000mV) for all states isn't right.

I personally use Afterburner so not too sure about setting all the states correctly, but the last one, at 1360Mhz, you should be able to get there with 1000mV up to 1100mV.

I'll let the experts talk about the other states and the best way to go around setting up wattman properly!

Certainly, when I set it on auto, on max load it is around 1100mV when monitoring.
