Your board has a clear CMOS Jumper.  Where that is, Im not sure.  But you need to find it (read the PCB and look for the pins)

Actually it looks like its the blue pins below the SATA ports on the mobo.  I can kind of read the label from that pic.

Backup option: Pull the coin cell battery (which I don't see but should be there somewhere) for a couple minutes. Put it back in. Will yield the same results.

Ok , thank you for a fast reply I gotta sleep now couse I have to work tomorov , after work I will try , but could you describe the full procedure ?

Once you find the right pins, pull off the jumper. If there are 3 pins (and one of them was empty to begin with), move the jumper to include the 3rd pin. If there are just two pins, just remove the jumper. Then turn on the computer for about 10 seconds or until you hear a beep code. Note: you probably won't see anything on the screen at this point. Once done with that, put the jumper back in the original position and turn the computer on. Your BIOS settings will have been set back to defaults, so if you had changed anything important that you still needed, change it back.

I searched his board manual and it only mentioned a CMOS jump not battery (which I found very odd - since I cant see it either)

Unless it uses some type of permanent memory or a capacitor as a battery then one should be there somewhere.

Knowing Dell it wouldn't surprise me if they stuck it on the back.

The CMOS battery is on the very bottom left corner of the board. I have a similar HP board that completely failed when I tried to use a dedicated GPU with it. It won't work with a dedicated card or integrated graphics now.

Yeah, my first thought was Dell OptiPlex or possibly Vostro. Then I saw the HP logo.

I'm looking at the picture again, and I see that your RAM stick is loose. Take it out and firmly reseat it.

Oh there it is over by the buzzer. I even looked at the buzzer and I still didn't see the HP logo. My vision is too narrow.
