pc random lag

hai,

 

my pc randomly lags and i'm not gaming. i only use spotify and chrome. and when i'm gaming (BF:V) it lags (also with other games) . my ram usage is 34% (5.5/16gb usage) use differnt malware software and virus scanners.

i don't want to reinstall windows 10, but if there is no other way.

What is CPU/GPU and I/O useage? what kind of anti malware/virus do you use? Antivirus or windows self will easily take 100% drive useage so this can be a reason i have seen this happening a lot. Is the game stored on a HDD by any change?

How’s your CPU usage? 

One of the best ways to fix lag is reinstalling Win 10.  

Won’t visit often..

@Jarno. cpu +-20% temp +-44°.  gpu +-5% i used Malwarebytes, CCleaner, RogueKiller Antivirus bitdefender. games are stored on a SSD. 

 

a week age my pc runs normal and than BAM it **** up. i don't download torrents or go sketchy website. but in the past i had some ram leak issue but that was 10x win 10 reinstalls

@MrFixitBlankFace cpu +- 20% usage. i want to wait reinstalling for a solution but if there is nobody who can help i have to
