Hello everyone, I've recently had a problem with a game I downloaded from epic games launcher and I need your help to fix it.

First I'll tell you how I think the problem's caused. One day I was browsing the epic games launcher to see what free games were available for the week, and when I saw there were 6 BATMAN GAMES FOR FREE I was very excited (I want to belive as everyone else). So I downloaded Batman Arkham Asylum Game of the Year and Batman Arkham City Game of the Year. After the download I run Arkham Asylum first so I could see if it runs well, and after installing the required files to run it, it run very well. Then I run Arkham city and installed the required files it run well too (it still runs well). Another day when I wanted to start the Batman I changed my AMD scaling mode settings from preserve aspect ratio to full panel (because I thought I'd had better display view) and when I opened the game a BSOD appeared and I got a little confused, then tried to run the game again and then once again a BSOD appeared and then it was when I got suspicious. I changed the scaling mode to it's previous settings and tried once again. This time I got a message error (the 1st screeshot bellow) and I thought that only the game files were corrupted so I reinstalled the game twice and the same message appeared (at least it wasn't BSOD). I took a screenshot of the message so I could see later what files were corrupted. I searched on Google for the errors and I found a guide where it mentioned to run the following command on cmd: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth. After it was completed I closed it and then opened it again and run another command, as shown on the screenshot bellow, and it said no corruption detected. Is the problem fixed or I'll get the message error again, after reinstaling of course? My laptop has A9 9420 CPU and for graphics card it has Radeon R5 (stoney age) (I know, bad choice for a laptop) and it runs Windows 10 64bit (the latest verion) If the problem isn't fixed how do I fix it?
