No. It's the name of the shopping centre, the stores in there are run independently.

As said above, it's a mall with many stores inside.

Closest thing to an online prescence would be stores that sell via Aliexpress, Banggood, DealExtreme, etc.

 

You would likely get it from the same supplier at the end of the day.
