Gaming computer with stable 240fps

I am looking to buy parts and build a computer. I intend to use it for gaming and schoolwork.

The most important thing is that it can run 240fps on a 1080p 240hz monitor.
I've heard that the Alienware ah2518hf is a good 240hz monitor.

It doesn't matter if it is an intel or AMD system. I just want the best that I can get.
my budget is 2500 dollars, and I want a build similar to this one.

Look at YouTube, check i9 9900k paired with 2080Ti in games and look at fps counter. In ultra or even high settings it may be impossible to have 240FPS in new games. No matter how big is your bugdet.

Well a 9900k and 2080 Ti are the best there are at the moment, so wheter or not you will reach 240 FPS wil be dictated by the game and the settings you run at.

Maybe go 1440p 144hz instead of 1080p 240hz. Human eye can’t even register that anymore properly I think. But as people above me have mentioned .. 9900k + 2080Ti on ultra won’t even reach that
