Universal GPU waterblock

OK my H320 is not dead after all, just some bubble trouble. I am going to flush it tomorrow so I thought about adding my Vapor-X 7950 to the loop. There is no full cover wb for my card so I am going to use a universal one. I need some advice on how to cool the vrms and the ram and also how much rad I need for the 4770K and the gpu. 

Why do i always get blue screens? Why not a red one for a change?
