NEED HELP Really Badly!

Yesterday Got A Ryzen 5 3600 and MSI B450M PRO-VDH PLUS , Previously used a 1600 but when completing the assembly the 3600 doesn't POST and the GPU (RTX 2070) Fans Run At Full Speed For Some Reason then when i replaced the 3600 with the old 1600 the Bios Posted Fine and everythings Working! So What is the issue With the 3600 not Posting Even though i updated to the latest bios that has 3000 series support!

NEED HELP REALLY BAD! ?

bios update fail then, download 7A38v96 and flash it with the 1600 again.

if it still doesnt work the CPU could be DOA, dead on arrival.

That's just some sort of fail-safe, fans go full blast until POST is passed since until then there's no temp monitoring.

 

Servers have something similar except they take a few minutes to POST, so you get system-wide fan @ 100% for a while! :P

i'd be more worried about bricking something tbh, the 1600->3600 is an ok upgrade but not worth it if u have flash bios over and over again.
