Hi everyone.
So I'll need a new PC which primary function will be video editing.
Location is in Croatia, so it's Croatian shops with currency of Kuna (can't buy parts over internet)
There might be possibility of second monitor in the future, but for now only 1 (which I already have).
Don't need anything besides the case  (so no mouse, keyboard, monitor etc...) neither the OS.
I was thinking of something like this:

CPU: CPU AMD Ryzen 5 3600 BOX, s. AM4
GPU: Sapphire RX580 Nitro+, 8GB GDDR5, 11265-01-20G
PSU: Corsair 550W TX550M, CP-9020133-EU
MOBO: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max, AM4, 7C02-020R
Case: Fractal Design Focus G White Window
RAM: DDR4 16GB (2x8) G.Skill 3000MHz AEGIS C16, F4-3000C16D-16GISB
HDD: Seagate 2TB 3.5" 7200rpm,256MB, Barracuda, ST2000DM008
SSD: Crucial SSD 500GB, M.2 SSD, NVMe, CT500P1SSD8

all the parts were taken from www.adm.hr
any feedbacks are highly appreciated. Hopefully I made everything correct (that 450W is enough and that everything is compatible with each other).
thank you very much.

EDIT: RAM, GPU. SSD, PSU, MOBO

You don't want to do single channel memory in ANY system especially a video editing system. 2666mhz is also pretty slow for a Ryzen 3000 system. If you can only afford 8GB you need to get a 2x4GB kit of at least 3000mhz Ram.

However especially for video editing I recommend at least 16GB 2x8GB kit of 3000mhz.

Main Desktop: CPU - i9-14900k | Mobo - Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX | GPU - Sapphire AMD RX 7900XTX Nitro+ 24GB RAM - Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 64GB 6400mhz | AIO - Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360mm | PSU - Corsair RM1000X | Case - Hyte Y40 - White | Storage - Samsung 980 Pro 1TB Nvme /  Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus 4TB Nvme / Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB Nvme / Samsung 870 EVO 4TB SSD / Samsung 870 QVO 2TB SSD/ Samsung 860 EVO 500GB SSD|

TV Streaming PC: Intel Nuc CPU - i7 13th Gen | RAM - 16GB DDR4 3200mhz | Storage - Crucial P3 Plus 1TB Nvme |

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S24+ - Ceramic White 512GB |

Must not be very heavy video if that's all you're going to get. I'd go for at least 16GB of much faster RAM. In fact the majority of my video work revolves around GoPro footage from racing. That's the first thing I'd change. I'd also up the SSD to NVMe, 512GB minimum, and drop the HDD to a 5400 RPM to save money (I assume you're using it for storage only).

[FS][US] Corsair H115i 280mm AIO-AMD $60+shipping

System specs:
Asus Prime X370 Pro - Custom EKWB CPU/GPU 2x360 1x240 soft loop - Ryzen 1700X - Corsair Vengeance RGB 2x16GB - Plextor 512 NVMe + 2TB SU800 - EVGA GTX1080ti - LianLi PC11 Dynamic

Thank you, It was 2x 8GB, but forgot to mention it. I changed it to 3GHz.

This is the worst cooler for rx580. You should get rx580 sapphire nitro.

Changed to Saphire nitro. Thank you ?

That HDD was cheaper than the 5400RPM, so why not.
But for SSD, Do you edit all your videos on your SSD and then transfer them later to HDD? Changed to m.2.
thank you

Well you had it typed out as a 1x8GB 2666mhz kit and linked to the actual store page for the one you were going to get being the 1x8GB module so I figured I'd help you out.

If it isn't a huge cost difference, I'd go with a better psu. Not a huge fan of fractal's psus and that system will be about 400W usage under load, which is really pushing a 450W rated supply.

Do you have any recommendation for the 550W PSU? Which wouldn't cost a fortune.

Not sure what is available or what prices look like where you are...

Be Quiet, Seasonic, EVGA, Enermax, Corsair, and Antec are my usual go-to's.

For the US, that would typcially be around $80-100USD, though sometimes I find better deals.

Examples:

Seasonic Focus + 550W - 92USD

https://www.newegg.com/seasonic-focus-plus-550-gold-ssr-550fx-550w/p/N82E16817151189

Corsair RM 650W - 90USD after rebate

https://www.newegg.com/corsair-rm-series-rm650-cp-9020194-na-650w/p/N82E16817139101

EVGA SN 650W g+ - 75USD after rebate

https://www.newegg.com/evga-supernova-120-gp-0650-x1-650w/p/N82E16817438131

Out of the ones on the site you linked, I'd probably go with the

Zalman 600W ZM600-GVM

or

Corsair 550W CX550M, CP-9020102-EU

The Seasonic Focus line has actually been having a lot of issues right now, a Cooler Master MWE 550w bronze or 650W Gold would be a good alternative.

The issues with the Focus I thought were only with the GTX970 and Vega GPUs?

I've heard that CX PSU aren't the best?
What do you think about Corsair 550W TX550M, CP-9020133-EU ?

The TX is definitely better than the CX. If the cost difference doesn't bother you, it will run a bit quieter and cooler.

I'd still consider the CX a step up over the Fractal Integra and the extra 100Ws of headroom will help a lot with efficiency and heat (and potentially longevity).
