I'm using SeaGate Barracuda ST1000DM010-2EP102 ATA and i was researching that this Hard Disk life expectancy was less than a year or less than 3 Years

There's a bunch of reasons. For most people the "best choice" is something akin to ZFS or BTRFS... best assuming it's store on a NAS or SAN and not on a laptop. 

I was being a touch satirical as I always try to get my OS on an SSD but use hard drives for mass storage. That being said I have had hard drives randomly fail and lose my data many times.
