GPU for Steamlink server

Well running a nice main system, and are not going to touch that, it has a 1080ti and that is fine for me.

I have a 4790k server running inhouse, for streaming (4K HDR Blurays rips over plex) and data storage... ad want to convert it into also supporting STEAM link (need to do something about the lockscreen issue) since my son is tying up my PC with steam link playing LEGO games on our tv´s in the house..

they mostly are 4K tv´s and have 2 ATV 4k and 2 Qled that runs the client on the tv.

but i know that 4k is not an option for newer games, but my 1080ti runs 4K in all his games without a flinch on our 5ghz network.

now the issue is the GPU, i really don´t want to go overboard, so have been looking a lot at the 1660Ti (can get a used 980Ti a bit cheaper, but it is old) it seems like an okay deal for 1080+ gaming, and power wise, not to hungry.

in Denmark i can get the base 1660ti in a INNO3D X2 model for 2200dkkr which is roughly 360-380 dollars... i could upgrade to the 5700XT blowerstyle for 500 dollars (3000dkkr) or go for the 5700XT Custom fan for around 3500dkkr - 580 dollars but i am really unsure..

and how noisy is the blowerstyle, since it is placed in a technical room in the house, but high pitch fan whines can be heard from the bedroom, since the room is located with an insulated internal wall towards the technical room, although when my unifi 150watt switch goes berserk it is not really something you hear.
