Horrible YoutTube playback on Gaming PC?

Hello there, i just recently bought this pre-built gaming pc and i found out something very interesting. It can basically do anything except YouTube playback. The YouTube experience is horrible and has a lot of stuttering. I've tried contacting YouTube and got nothing out of it. Any ideas? I suppose its not supposed to be doing this

Intel Core i7 8700

Geforce GTX 1080

16GB RAM

2TB HDD + Intel Optane

what browser are you using? try turning hardware acceleration on or off in your browser settings

I’m using Google Chrome, and I’ve tried both hardware acceleration on and off and no noticeable difference
