Not sure if I'm the only one but when I tried mining today with the new 14.1 drivers, I got a really low kh/s on my R9 290, about 100-300kh/s. I when back to the 13.12 and I'm getting my normal kh/s which is 820kh/s. Anyone else?

You must "Quote" to get my attention.

I own a 290X. I'm still mining at 870KH/s with 14.1.

I'm using sgminer 4.0.0 though, which is updated, as compared to cgminer 3.7.2 (which is effectively dead). I suggest using sgminer if you aren't. It's great. You can use the same .bat file, just remove --scrypt because it's forced and so it's pointless and replace the c with s in cgminer. It's that easy.

They use the same .conf files too, so just do the same with cgminer.conf

But yeah, I have no idea other than that. Try tweaking your settings. It could be an update that affects optimal mining settings.
