Hi all, I have knowledge of html/css , Javascript/JQuery and I would like to start learning a Framework(like Angular,React,Vue.js etc).However, I have no idea on where to start.)(I have started investing some time in React)

Furthermore,What skills(CV) are considered necessary to have to get any kind of job in web dev.Thanks in advance!

To get ANY kind of job you would need all skills. To get some, you already have the base skills for doing UI design and basic programming.

Realistically you need to check what the job offers are around you. Every location it's different. As an example, around me it's 100  ASP.net jobs before you see a single PHP job.
