windows update KB4512941 is causing cpu lag

Yeah, this is a known problem. 

 

 

Looks like WindowsCentral has a guide for fixing this, either by uninstalling the update or by doing a registry edit.

Oh, it seems like this is the first time you do an OS Build update so there's no other build to fall back onto, that's why you can't uninstall it

this means ive to do a clean install of windows!
