ryzen build for 2d and 3d modeling software

zeller

Hi!

I'm building a pc for someone who's working in vectric aspire 9 mainly. He would also want to record and upload tutorials on youtube. He has a 1080p 60hz ips monitor...not sure if it matters. The budget is ~1500 pounds (uk).

So far this is what I'm thinking:

cpu: ryzen 3600 or 3700x

motherboard: not sure yet

Ram: something 3600, at least 16gb

storage: 500g or 1tb SSD (sata or pcie?), and 3 tb hdd for start

graphics card: ??? i have no idea, please help xD

case: doesnt really matter. good airflow and usb 3.0 ports

If you have any suggestions or recommandations please share them with me, I would really appreciate it!

Thanks in advance!

Yes a 3700x is a good one.  But if your hardcore about the HT apps you use then get a 3900x and what not, for faster work flow you know.

I'm Sure There's One Or Two Better Parts And Better Deals, However I'd Say This Is A Good Starting Point. Also Change The Retailers To Ones Which Your Comfortable To Purchase From.

(Just To Say You Can Get Corsair Vengance LPX 3600MHz For A Bit Cheaper, However I Chose The Trident Z Because I Feel It Would Suit The Looks Of The Build A Bit Better.)

Don't Forget A Windows Key. And Thats About It Im Pretty Sure.

I hope that I was able to help 🙂

The 3700x Comes With A Pretty Beefy Stock Cooler Which Should Be Good Enough However If You Are Looking Specifically For A Beefier Cooler Id Suggest Something Like A Dark Rock Pro 3/4 For A Worthwhile Upgrade. However Theres Literally Thousands Of Coolers To Choose From And Plenty That Will Do The Job As Good If Not Better.

I'm Glad I Could Help :)

I hope that I was able to help 🙂
