4670K because of the massive IPC & 280x. Just don't go with a gtx 770 it's a ripoff card. Nvidia doesnt offer anything special over AMD. Gsync is a gimmick and doesnt fix stuttering at all, AMD is coming with a shadowplay equivalent, 3GB and a 384 bit bus so much better for multi monitor setups or 4K resulting in overall lower rendering times.

I plan to just mostly game with it and I was wondering if getting an h100i to overclock my cpu is worth it.

It depends what games you play and how much you want to spend.

As for the cooler, it's not worth paying so much for a cooler to cool the cpu when what you are doing is gaming.
