Should I install x64 Windows version on a x86-based PC, x64 based processor? (Sorry, my English is very bad)

What processor does the system have?

 

The answer here should be yes. Windows 64-bit (which is what the x64 denotes) is meant for x86-64 processors.

If you have more than 4GB of RAM, then that processor will run 64-bit Windows just fine. If you have 4GB RAM or less, 64-bit will be worse due to the way it handles memory capacities.
