Depends a bit on how tech-savvy you are but here are my personal top hosts

You don't just want a host, you want to set up the entire server: Linode or Digital Ocean

You are a developer: Netlify.

You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty but want a lot of templates and plugins available to you: Wordpress. Might cost a little more than other places but it's a proven platform.

You want an all-in-one solution point & click solution: Squarespace, offer code LTT ;)

You just want a simple informational page with no dynamic content or ecommerce: go to staticgen.com, pick a template, and use the netlify auto deployer. Get someone on fiverr to put the content in on github and never look at it again.

Domain registrar: I personally like Gandi.net

DNS & caching: Cloudflare.

Office software and business email: Either office365 or G-suite. Many hosts offer '5 free email addresses' or whatever but that service will have deliverability issues and no spam filter.

hey guys i'm starting a small business and want a good hosting service. What have you guys found to be best?

I would say this depends heavily on what type of business site you are going to make. Like what does you're business do?

If it's just a basic non-techky business i'd say something cpanel and wordpress gives you best options when it comes to migrating to another host if you ever want that.

A bit more information about what type of company you are making would be helpful.
